Sterizo Bodyworks Policies: 

• To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. 

• Appointments are held with a credit card. At the time of service, you can alternatively use a gift certificate.

•  The full service fee is charged for cancellations or no-shows without 24 hour notice.

• Please cancel your scheduled appointment at least 24 hours in
  advance for weekday and 48 hours on weekend. The full service fee is charged for cancellations or no-shows without 24 hour notice on Tuesday to Friday and 48 hours on Saturday.

• All spa experiences are subject to availability.

• Menu services and prices are subject to change without notice.

•  Discounts may not be bundled, or used with gift certificates. The larger deal is always applied.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

• After the expiration date cited, gift certificates are only worth half their initial value. 

• All Marketing Deals (Groupon, Living Social, etc) are subject to Sterizo Bodyworks Policies.
